I am very needy.  I became jobless after my child's birth.  That was over 6 years ago.  I thought about leaving to another state...like maybe the state I live in is not plentiful with jobs (high unemployment).  I've been looking for work.  I have a case worker at the local employment office.  I don't qualify for unemployment benefits 'cause I've not been employed in over 6 years, and no longer could I get a disability income even if I was disabled.  I was told by Social Security Adm. not to apply for Social Security income just because I can't find a job (I'm not elderly and not claiming I'm disabled).  I'd leave if I had enough money to do so and seek a job in another state, but I have no savings to safely move on (I don't want to move over to a homeless shelter).  Have any suggestions?
